Urbandale Lawn Solutions can provide home and
business owners with the most complete reliable service
available. We will cut the grass at the appropriate height for the
current conditions of the lawn as well as the time of
year. All clippings on drives and walks will be blown back into
the lawn for clean-up. We also alternate our mowing
patterns every time so as not to create ware patterns. Every visit
will include trimming around all obstacles, fences, edges of walks,
driveway, and curb lines. All
clippings will be blown back into the lawn for clean-up. The
frequency of mowing will be determined on how quickly the grass is
growing and based on the 1/3 per cutting rule.
Payment is due when services are rendered. A 2% service charge per
month with $5.00 minimum added after 30 days.
